I am 40, first time Botox at 25, some fillers. Stopped and reversed everything 4 years ago. Definitely regret having those done before and wasted so much money… for what? Now I am and better than before. Sticking with natural options such as microcurrent facials, and safer options for skin care (DMK) I weight lift & do cardio exercises. Eating as healthy as I can. People think I look 28. No one has ever found that elixir of life and fountain of youth. Don’t be hubris and claim that certain thing is the fountain of youth like many injectors and influencers. No one have found that since the beginning of time. Just do your best in staying healthy, that is all we can do. And enjoy our short time on this earth and not chase after that unicorn.

Which tretinoin product are you using?

I tried this for my tech lines. They got deeper now they are more visible this did not work for me

I don’t think you need to be overly expressive by any means if it’s not in your nature. However, I do think adding just some expression really feels more personable. A complete lack of expression does tend to feel cold on first watching. Just adding some expression in the cheek area I think will give the calm serene feel without having to do to much on eyes and forehead which has thinner skin .

Do you used the cream-based tretinoin or the gel-based ?

Hello Jennifer, I do believe you about botox thing and so on. I live in France but I lived for decades abroad in English-speaking countries and I met people around 20 Y-O on tret and we are now all friends near 50 Y-O. and we all can confess the power of Trétinoin. It is the Master-Queen cream, nothing compares to it. ( + the with combo SPF 50) we can REALLY look way much younger indeed.

Why dont you use the tretinoine cream formula they say it doesnt cause dryness?

When it comes to smoothing the apearance of eye wrinkles Can I apply it around and underneath my eyes 😊

I don’t know I can still guess, you look 35. Maybe your real age is 45? I mean i can’t say you’re looking in your 20s… I am 35 I look 20 exactly….But you look young though because you’re an Asian…..Being young looking is very common to Asian. It’s genetic….If you’re 55. Than you look damn really good. But I doubt you’re 55. I think ur 40 at least.

how are you aging gracefully or naturally if you're putting 20 chemicals & creams on your face made in a lab, cerave doesn't just grow on trees lmao, injections and surgeries are as natural as any other skin care product.

I was and am still a bit of a Wednesday Addams with regard to keeping my face “stoic”. I am a super fair redhead who was forced to stay out of the sun so have kept very nice, if a bit ruddy, skin into my mid 40s. I too believe in aging “gracefully” but that doesn’t mean i haven’t engaged in little things here and there to keep myself looking the best version of nearly 46 years I have. Easy to poopoo people who use other interventions than topical but as a fair redhead with super sensitive skin i can’t use tretinoin, even diluted OTC retinols tear my skin up leaving chemical burns. Let’s stop judging people choosing their own choices and what they want for themselves as they age.

Hi, Jennifer! I love your videos and the precious information you're sharing. I'm on tretinoin 0.05% since november 2023 and it's working wonderful. I'm in Europe, I love more natural products (rule of thumb would be to actually make sense of the ingredients without a chemical degree) and for the cleansing gel I use castile soap or Marsilia sop half and half natural honey and for hidrating cream I'm using different natural creams for exameple SPeick with thermal water or aloe vera gel or a mix of oils I prepare with: sea ​​buckthorn oil, almnond olive an jojoba oil equal parts. For the petroleum jelly I use instead a vegetal vaseline product from a company called Balea from DM(Drogerie Market). And last but not least as tretinoin I use a pharmacy product with 0.05% tretinoin. For eye area I use now castor oil too as you described and it works great actually. Thank you! As SPF I love Young Living mineral Sunscreen 50.

Hi Jennifer, you should not have to “prove” anything to anyone. Those we follow you and understand your lifestyle and health philosophies know you are living your life as you represent. As a long time user of Tretinoin, I can attest to its amazing results. There is a disclaimer: though Tretinoin has immense beneficial effects on the skin, it cannot prevent the structural changes in the face, below the skin surface, that is a normal part of the aging process. We do what we can and happily accept what is natural and normal for all humans as we move through our years.

I almost feel bad for appreciating this video, but I do appreciate it. Sometimes things that seems to good to be true is exactly that. Been using a prescription retinoid for about a year and Im very excited I found content like yours so early in life (I’m 24 now). People around me in “real” life find me so strange for not drinking excessively and tanning in the sun etc haha… Thank you for your videos, very inspirational. Some people will always be mean and jealous, but habits and lifestyle always catches up with time. And then it is easier to hate the ones that made different choices over a span of decades. Bone structure, skin density, sunscreen (avoiding tanning), healthy life style (no smking, stress. alcohol, drugs), then RX topicals in that order determine how young anyone looks. If you get lucky with the first two that's genetic jackpot. Everything else is gravy. Anyone can start tretinoin at like 12....it won't guarantee same results as above. The first two are critical for the best natural aging results.

You’re right. Folks with filler and Botox all look the same! My mom just got it and it is disturbing to see her look like every other white lady in our community. I have been using tretinoin for 13 or 14 years and i can say it does work better the longer you use it.
